We deliver anywhere in the World, including, the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, and more!

SHIPPING COSTS

We provide standard flat shipping rate for our products with economic shipment - USD 4.30 or USD 5.90 for smaller products and USD 11.80 for boxes.

Processing time for our products is 1-3 business days.

Some products might be shipped separately. Each item we ship may have different delivery times. This is because some products are packaged and shipped separately. Some products are shipped from a warehouse in the USA, some from Europe.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If the product is lost or damaged in the mail, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. We just ask for photo verification of the damaged goods sent to info@openmity.com. We promise to give you the best quality products. And even if something gets damaged during the transportation, or there is some human mistake in all the process, just write me at aggie@openmity.com or info@openmity.com and we will do all the best to make it right. We will give you either a replacement of the product or a refund.
